| Turn bath time into spa experience
The citric acid in the lemons will help fight bacteria and balance oil production. And yes, they will make your bath be filled with a wonderful aroma as well as being therapeutic," she explains. Jacobs pours citrus massage oil straight into the bath to soften skin -- wearing her hair piled on top of her head -- and a mud mask on her face. The heat coming from the bath helps the mask get deeper into the skin, she says. Kinnaird, meanwhile, also multitasks in the bath, putting a deep conditioner on her hair, showering to rinse her hair after the soak. Jacobs also encourages a post-bath cool rinse because while it's good for skin to detox in warm water you will want to close the pores afterward and cool water will do that. And, she says, you must lather in moisturizer after you've gently toweled off.

The exhibit is a historical continuum of pivotal moments in courage, conviction and creativity that collectively illustrate the undeniable imprint of African Americans across the nation and around the world. Does Globalisation Take British Jobs?
India has the fastest growing mobile phone market with seven million new handsets being sold every month. It's not hard to imagine that many people are gainfully employed at Vodafone's headquarters in Newbury thinking hard about how to increase their company's market share in India. So if a company moves a services job to India and in doing so assists in creating a new middle-class of consumer for mobile phones and domestic flights, do they actually create a new higher skilled job in Newbury or Bridgend? The question really is why Britain does not have many companies that are true global leaders in their field? Could an island nation's desire to try and stick within our own shores actually be the problem? Is the UK market just big enough to sustain reasonably large companies such that there is no real need to explore new horizons? Helsinki is the most unlikely place to create Nokia, the largest mobile phone handset maker in the world, but maybe the narrow confines of the small domestic Finnish market forced their business leaders to look elsewhere for growth opportunities? Is it unrealistic to hope that British companies can be the global number one or number two in every sector of the FTSE listing, and if so, why? If our companies were true leaders, we would not have the question about British jobs, instead we would all be enjoying the spoils of being in a country with high GDP growth punching significantly above its weight.
Broadband for Brookfield?
Standing room only at Brookfield Elementary School as people packed the cafeteria for Town Meeting Day. "This is a yearly spring vacation to come out and see what's going on in the town," said resident George Buck. Among the usual questions of tax rates, road construction and purchasing a new fire truck a question never before considered. Should these voters support an effort to bring broadband Internet service to their town? A non-profit group called EC Fiber wants to model the effort of two year-old Burlington Telecom. Two dozen communities in east central Vermont are considering that question this Town Meeting Day. "From a personal standpoint I would be thrilled to have broadband because dial up is just not doing it for us anymore," said Linda Runnion.

The non-sex YouTube videos and paysite 911bio-med.com, dedicated to the nail-biting moments we see on shows like "ER" where medical technicians (actors) use a defibrillator machine as the last resort to save a life. Usually a woman's (though not always). Not just giantesses (macrophilia), but giantesses' feet. House of Slime (houseofslime.com). You'll note that this year's finds are, contrary to popular stereotypes, not all Japanese. And just last month, my pals at YesButNoButYes were even compelled to list their top 10 funniest fetish site finds, which thankfully include girls in spacesuits and girls eating sandwiches. Which makes me wonder, am I losing out on a financial opportunity every time I eat at the Blue Front Cafe? Would an outsider then understand that to me, it's not really about a sandwich but more about how the sandwich feels? The beautiful, effusive dominatrix continued where my thoughts left off.
